All Letterogram content, trademarks, and software are owned by Letterogram or its licensors. You retain full rights to your own letters and templates. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content for service delivery.

• Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe with automatic renewal
• You may cancel anytime with effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds except as required by law or our 30-day satisfaction guarantee
• Overage charges are billed separately when usage exceeds plan limits
• All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms or applicable laws. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless required by law.

Service is provided 'as is' without warranty. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. AI-generated content should be reviewed before use.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Letterogram is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the United States, as applicable. For EU/EEA users, these terms comply with EU consumer protection laws. Disputes will be resolved in your local jurisdiction where required by law.
